Position Details:

  • Full-Time opportunity in Orange County, CA
  • Location: Irvine, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo (in home visits and SNIFF)
  • Covering Assisted Living Facilities (80%), Covering Home Hospice (20%)
  • Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Energetic, self-starter who can work independently and contribute to team environment
  • Occasionally cover weekends & extended patient care hours as needed for Home Health
  • Feel comfortable in a range of settings
  • Flexibility in shifts to develop and manage patient panel of geriatric palliative care
  • Participate in community service and philanthropic activities

$245,387 - $375,408.The range listed includes base salary, productivity and quality-based incentive compensation provided to full-time physicians annually, based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. Degree
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • EMR proficient (we use EPIC)
  • Multilingual skills preferred
